I'm Logged into My Keys® Account

If you're logged into your account, you can easily change your password by navigating to the "Account Settings" tab on your profile. 


Scroll down until you find the field for your password. Type in your desired new password and then press the "Save" button to save your changes. 


***Please note - due to the high level of security we take to prevent access to your passwords, there is no way for us to retrieve your password. You can only change it or have an administrator at your employer change it.*** 


I'm Not Logged In

If you're not logged in, then click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. This will allow you to enter your email address and we will then send you an email to that address with a link for you to create a new password.
